Who operates this service
Team Drive Upload Bot is a Telegram-based file transfer service operated independently. For privacy questions or data requests, email amitkumar238101@gmail.com.
Google data we access
When you connect Google Drive, the app requests https://www.googleapis.com/auth/drive, which allows it to view and manage Drive files. The app receives your Google account display name, email address, permission identifier, OAuth credentials, and the identifier of the upload folder it creates or uses. It may read Drive storage quota information to show account usage. When you ask it to perform a Drive task, it accesses the files and metadata needed to carry out that task. The connected account is associated with your Telegram user ID so the bot can use it for your requests.
How we use Google data
Google data is used only to connect your account and provide the Drive features you request, such as uploading, listing, copying, or managing files and folders. The app does not use Google data for advertising, sell it, or use it to build advertising profiles.
Microsoft OneDrive data
If you connect OneDrive through /rcloneaccounts, the service receives your Microsoft account display name and email or username, OneDrive drive identifier and type, and OAuth access and refresh credentials. Rclone uses these credentials to carry out the file operations you request. The connection is associated with your Telegram user ID.
Storage, sharing, and security
OAuth credentials and account details are stored in the service database and the bot's per-user Rclone configuration so requested transfers can run. Files may be temporarily processed or stored on the bot server during a transfer, then sent to the destination you select. Google or Microsoft data is shared with the relevant provider as needed to perform the requested operations and with a destination service only when you direct the bot to transfer content there. Telegram receives the messages and files you send through Telegram. The service does not make your cloud content public or share it with other users as a product feature.
The operator uses access controls and reasonable safeguards to protect service data. No internet service can guarantee absolute security. Do not connect an account you are not authorized to use.
Retention and deletion
Account details and authorization credentials are retained while your Google Drive account remains connected or while a remote remains in your Rclone configuration. Use /gdriveaccounts or /rcloneaccounts to remove a connection. You can also revoke access through your Google or Microsoft account security settings. You may contact the operator to request deletion of account-related data. Transfer files and temporary task data may remain in the configured destination or service storage until removed by you or cleaned up under the bot's operating settings.
Your choices and Google’s policy
You can decline or revoke Google access through your Google Account security settings or /gdriveaccounts. You can decline or revoke Microsoft access through your Microsoft account security settings or remove the Rclone remote with /rcloneaccounts. Use of Google data follows the Google API Services User Data Policy, including its Limited Use requirements. Microsoft data is also subject to Microsoft's Privacy Statement.
Changes and contact
This policy may be updated when the service or its data practices change. The current version will be published on this page. Email amitkumar238101@gmail.com for privacy questions or data requests.
